If my boss joked in a performance review that I am low maintenance (like some kind of plant or grass?!) , is it a good thing or bad thing...................it leads me to think
a) I am a good employee who do not need much effort in supervision
b) Great I am an invisible object in the office , no more than an ornamental shrub that do not even require watering.
