Yay
The DMV sent a letter to my house telling me that I have until May 18th to turn in my license plates for the pickup truck because of an invalid inspection sticker. If I fail to do so, they will take court action. Funny thing is, I have a valid inspection sticker; the truck was inspected in February of this year. After dealing with insurance companies for weeks and finally getting them off my back, the freaking DMV decides to be a bunch of assholes. If I have to talk to one more automated phone system, I'm going to lose it. I guess I've got to go home today and go to the police station and the garage that did the inspection to see if I can get this fixed.
