A ten ton object does not do well on a unfrozen bog
So left for Nechcoro Wisconsin this mourning at 7 am. Got there at 10:30. So we went down there to see if we could run on top of this bog that we are trying to work on. So we learned to things today. One. Bogs are not easy to run on. Two. When you get three haul units atached to a Challanger's stuck. It is not allways wise to run a backhoe out to save them. Three. When you get a backhoe stuck in the mud and that Back hoe ways 20,000 pounds. It does not come out of it's hole verey easy. Infact it likesto sink further and further. And Four. Telling your boss that the day was a shambole and all the money he is paying a bunch a guys to look at a back hoe stuck in the mud is not a good Idea. Pluss I talked to Rob today. He sounded the most depresed I have ever herd him. I hope he is ok. He just sounded like the world was crashing around him. But he should be doing better after next week. Next week we should be getting are check for the job in millwaukee. That will help alot around here. So hopfully it allsticks together. Pluss when Nescoro gets through and Ham Lake and the E.L.F sites are copleatedit will help alot. We have the jobs but no money comming in right now. If we can hold on till thoes jobs go through it will be all down hill from there.
But we barried a back hoe in the mud today. IT was not a good thng. IT sunk and just kept on sinking. We fianly got it to stop sinking when we built some tracking pads out of some trees we nocked down and tied together. I felt kind of proud of it since it was my idea to build the tracking pads. But I guess they are bringing in another hoe tomarrow to try to dig out the other hoe. With a little luck it will all come together. But I am at home tonight and that is nice.
O yeah. I came up with a new Idea. This may not intrest some of you. But for you who cook out there I came up with an Idea. I want to inven a self basting roasting pan. I think I have came up with a desighn in my head that will work. So that is my big news. But it is late and I want to go to bed. You all have a goodnight.
