MySpaz and the Inner-Narcissist.

In Vanity Fair magazine there's a glamorous shot of MySpace's creator in a white suit, under a spotlight, and surrounded by anonymous cookie-cutter girls in skimpy dresses. Under the photo is a brief article about how huge his creation has become. Vanity Fair claims it's the biggest personal/blog site on the net. Heck even Huey's Grandad is into it (if you've been keeping up with Boondocks). There was another article I read about how the government supposedly admits to having a hook in it...looking for "radical thinkings" and whatnot. I wouldn't doubt it...but I know for sure that employers and schools use it to scope out potential employees/students. That's a fact and it's kinda intimidating. But There's nothing on mine I wouldn't want people to see, I guess...

I like LiveJournal's design better. It feels quieter, more pleasant in general. But MySpace seems to do a better job of satiating the inner narcissist. You can post loads of pics of yourself and your music and all that other profile junk that would just look annoying here...and people actually look at it.
And there are so many people! I didn't realize I knew so many people in Columbus alone! Easier to stay in touch, and I'm tracking down old childhood friends, too. I am hooked for the time being.

So who else has got one?
