Boho, I wanted to support you over kickstarter, but the only payment method seems to be by credit card? I don't really have one ... am I missing something?

No, unfortunately I think that's the only way. Kickstarter is pretty limiting in that way. I really appreciate it though. It looks like I'll be reaching my goal anyway! If you wanted to pre-order the book, you could send me payment in the mail for it. And if you wanted to do a larger donation and get all the 'rewards' that come with it, like prints and posters and things, you could still send that much cash in that mail, just let me know ahead of time and be sure to send it before the kickstarter is done so i can send out your rewards while i'm doing all the others!

Could you give me a price for the book + the most recent list + the other zine you advertised a little while ago + shipping? I'd paypal you all of it, then, that would be great.

I know! I'm blown away. Well, the book is $14 and List 15 is $4, and Everydaypants #2 is $3.
