Pan Arabism! Arabic nationalism in Egypt's victory against Italy!

Jun 19, 2009 23:56

This is a tiny example in time but huge in meaning! to see what the Arab world has in common or an example on what is the strong bond between the Arab nations just watch this one moment video of Egypt's goal in Italy yesterday but here is the difference!

Mr, Esam el Kariky is Libyan sports reporter who was hosting several guests and was the Football commentator on ART, and when Egypt scored the goal, The libyan commentator looses his nerves and explodes in joy making millions of Egyptians cry just for his reaction listen to this video (Remember he is not Egyptian, he is Libyan!)

This is what he is saying: Egyptian team is gettting closer to Bofon's nets, let's pray for a goal I say Amen, The ball is at the corner with Abou Treika who will pass the ball in the few remaining moments of this term, the ball is out (Exploding begins)

Goal Goal Goal ... etc) My Allah...etc) My voice is gone, Allah allah allah allah... allah be merciful on my heart (= my heart is going to stop of joy) allah be merciful on my heart... Allah bless you Hommos .. (trice), allah bless you Egypt, Oh Egypt, oh the mother of all nations on earth (that's how we call it here!) Allah bless you Egypt, Oh Egypt!
Indeed Hommos did it, no second thoughts, scored the goal

then switches to the Egyptian reporter who seems more cool !!

by the time the match ended, Pan Arab world celebrations started, cities in Kuwait, UAE, Lebanon, KSA, Morrocco, Libya, Algeria and Tunisia didn't sleep last night, of course in addition to Egypt...

in one tiny moment like this, what we call the Arabic devotion appears, the intense love every one in the Arab world has for the other surfaces, the eternal bond reveals itself in the form of brotherhood of all nations in the Arab world..

Yes we failed to make an economic bond and our leaders failed millions of times to just meet and agree on one single thing, but check that video and you will know for sure that such a union will take place in the future, no doubt it will!!!
