(no subject)
work was boring. I spent like an hour making all the dog and cat food cans all nice and pretty. made sure that all the cans had some cases that were opened, so ppl can get individual cans instead of the entire case...sooo that meant opening up cases if there werent any loose cans basically. i moved them all to the front and made them into even level stacks. they look the best they have ever been i think. sooo nice. mostly cuz when i was at the lexington park store their natural cat cans looked nice and even so i was like, i need to step it up cuz i cant have them showing me up. thats about all the excitement for the day at work. but in all honesty im so proud of how well i did it. i kinda wanted to tell ppl not to mess them up. someone in the cat section was getting cans near where i was and im like uuuugggh i just did that section. but i fixed it.
In other news, i came home and decided to give my dogs some canned food so when i went downstairs i turned on the light and Esmeralda woke up when i started going down the stairs. Simba was still sleeping and i could hear him snoring, which was cute...until i called his name several times and whistled and he wouldnt wake up until i touched him. Soooo i think that he might have gone deaf. I know he is going or might already be blind in his left eye now. Esmeralda has been blind in her left eye for maybe like 2 or 3 months now i think. makes me sad but they are like 16 or 17 years old and their life expectancy is between 14-18 years old so mine have done really well. One of the puppies they had that we sold to my aunts family actually died maybe like 2 years ago and i think he was only like 13 or so. ::sigh:: and so is the circle of life i suppose.
