Guess what I just found out while fiddling around on GJ? It's not ongoing silence, it's ongoing talk-to-anyone-but-our-customers-ness. I haven't managed to do more than skim the article so far, but SO not cool.

Aaand I just noticed a typo in my main entry. *fixes*

Maybe cuponoodles? I kind of want to stick with the ramen theme since I've stuck with it here and almost everywhere just over three and a half years, but also because I don't want to come up with something completely new just yet.

But you'll be pleased to note that it's not registered yet! I know because the address was blue in Gmail so I had to click (because we all know that's what blue means).

I'm trying to find stuff to distract me, but I keep coming back to check for new developments. I think we need an intervention.

As for distraction... I just irreversibly blew up 2+ hours worth of install work on the latest blog platform experiment (AH HA. AH HA HA HA. HA.) so, you know, I needed something to make the eyetwitching go away. Luckily, if you ask, the bookmarks gremlin will provide!

An older link, but a goody: a vidding... well, meta vid, which is about vidding and fandom and overcoming obstacles to said things, approached in a silly manner, now with MOUNTIES.

I am happy again. As long as I don't look at my logsheet of MySQL errors. Or anything on CNet. LA LA LA LA LA WALK ON THE GROUND~~

I'd been messing with my GJ earlier (twiddling with the layout, uploading icons, and generally ignoring the fact that it could easily go down in flames if GreatestJournal gets big enough to attract as much attention as its big sisters do) and now I'm trying to read Barbelith, but between being twitchy and constantly running into posts by that annoying Raniel, I'm not making much progress. _-_

Before this latest rename s/he was "Wolf of an Angel" or whatever and it's not any big deal or anything, but every time I run across one of hir posts in any of the Temple threads I want to tell hir to keep all hir thoughts in one comment instead of posting one or two lines each two or three times in a row, smack hir with a typing textbook, and demand s/he either make sense or GTFO. Soooo annoying.

It's probably a good thing I still haven't actually registered there.
