la espana!
Los razones que yo quiero ir a la espana:
1) Yo tengo mucho experiences?? trabajando con los juvenes de todas anos, especialmente la juventud con muchas problemas.
2) Yo ha vive en otras paises, incluyendo la pais de mexico, donde yo tuve hablar y vivir usando solo espanol.
Arghhh....i got by in mexico just fine, but having to WORK in spanish is an entirely different matter. Like i can get by reading the newspaper, and I can vaguely understand it, but for some reason speaking it kills me. I tend to stand there like an idiot while I desperately try and form a sentence a normal 3 year old would scoff at. But hopefully I can fake it enough for my application (which is in spanish!) and cram before i go (if i get in) so that I'll know what i'm doing. Luckily, the job is teaching english, and i have the english part down. Plus, I get to pick where I live and one of the places is a part of spain that has a strong celtic history. How amazingly cool is that?? it would be like getting to study the spanish moor history, which is a part of my history...aaaand like getting to study a bit of irish history (in a roundabout way)which ive been dying to do.
I love academia, and i would love to be a part of it, but everything requires so much paperwork. Applications, recommendations, transcripts, etc....
sigh, off to complete the spain application and the sub application.
