Noooooooo!!!
for some reason, i'm posting lots of things.
Left 4 Dead is a multiplayer, cooperative horror game for the PC. "horror" = zombies, or some analogue. dammit. i've avoided MMORPGs. i've not bought an X Box 360 to play "Dead Rising", but if this game is remotely affordable and doesn't require a wholesale upgrade of my computers, i will NEED to play it. NEED!
ok, looking at it, it's mostly a shooter, which is less awesome, because i'm more interested in the infrastructure of survival. i.e., building a sustainable fortress, etc. learning how to generate electricity, how to grow food, and so on. not exactly riveting gaming, but much more of a strategy element. still, it's pretty badass cool.
also, after viewing this video, its graphics almost certainly are beyond my sad stock video card. thankfully, my mobo has an open AGP slot, so all i'd need is a couple hundred bucks to get modern performance. whimper
