I had an adventure on Friday night that I think is really funny. I went to a party with my sister and Angela, but I was completely sober since I was the designated driver. After we were there for only an hour the cops came, to both the front door and back. So we were all stuck inside the house, otherwise we would have been stopped by the cops. I had nothing to worry about, but both Roxi and Angela were pretty drunk. So this guy that I was with showed us this door that leads to the side of the house. As soon as we stepped foot outside this cop was like "are you guys 21 because we are checking IDs". This girl (who I don't even know) was like "yeah I'm 21, I was just escorting these girls home". The yard was enclosed by a bush fence, and there was an arch that led to the neighbor's yard. So when the girl was fumbling for her ID the cop looked away, so she turned to us and was like "Run!". I didn't hear that cause I was further away but I saw Angela and Roxana running through the arch in the fence so I had to follow. We ran through the neighbor's yard and then for a block or two. This is the second time that we almost got MIPs (except that I don't think I would have gotten one that time since I wasn't drinking, but cops are bastards so who knows). I would have been in huge trouble for running from the cops though. The first time I almost got in trouble was when us three were drinking in Angela's apartment with music on and some asshole called the cops on us (our music was not on loud at all, so whoever called was a fucker). Well anyways, the cops came and saw we were all drunk, and he gave us a lecture on underage drinking, but let us go because he said he was at the end of his shift and tired so he didn't want to write us up. That was SO close. Yeah so I haven't even been here that long and I almost got in trouble twice. Last year the cops weren't this bad, because Angela and Roxi lived here last year and they partied all the time and the only times they had to talk to cops were those two times ever since I moved here.
