Yes, I am not found of their times up policy either. But, they are such a small facility, and Lafayette is such a large parrish. They only have 12 dog runs in their adoption row, and a small cat adoption room. Yet, they are currently taking in over 100 kittens a week, and probably even more in dogs and puppies. If only Lafayette would spay and neuter their pets! Roicy chooses the ones with the best personality, sweetest temperment, that will make the best pets and companions. The few who make it to adoption row really are the best of the best.

I totally understand not being able to adopt anymore yourself. But, if you could just promote the plight of these animals on your LJ even, it might save one life. Perhaps one person may stumble across your LJ, who might not see mine, then they might go and adopt a cat or dog. You never know. It is certainly worth a shot. Please feel free to add a link to Roicy on your LJ if you want, and you can even use my picture on your LJ. Maybe, just maybe it might help. Thanks so much!

I checked out Inka Badinka's kitty page! She is beautiful! She looks like she might even be a Silver Tabby! Georgeous! I love that you adopeted her from a rescue! =^..^=

Thank you so much for spreading the word! Adoptions have been up at Roicy recently, so it is possible that your spreading the word is helping.
