Kate Kane is, surprisingly, starting to grow on me. AND GOD, how do I ship her and Renee? Let me count the ways... They need a happy ending. That's it. The end. Make it so Mr. Rucka, make it so.
And I don't think DC will ever quite understand how much I love them for the moment with Tot, even as brief as it was.
I'm ridiculously happy Rucka stuck Renee and Helena together, and allowed Vic to come up in a fairly natural way. I like that the action was broken up for a couple pages just for that moment. I'm hoping things like that keep coming up. If I'm totally honest, I really want Renee's story to be interwoven with her trying to work through her grief over his death. But... we'll see where it goes.
Speaking of Renee and Helena working together, if Rucka somehow gets Myra and them, the three most important women in Vic's life, into a room together? I will be... SO... HAPPY. AH! They don't even have to talk about Vic. Just having them together, maybe even friends??? *_*, would be incredibly awesome.
So the only thing that's really bugging me lately about this comic is that there aren't enough pages to tell a decent chunk of story. ): Come on, guys. Just give Renee her own series so the two girls can really start to shine. You'd have my money, guaranteed.
