So Willy Wonka comes out tomorrow. How cool is that going to be? I'm a huge fan of Tim Burton; Edward Scissorhands, Nightmare Before Christmas, Batman (first one), Mars Attacks, Beetlejuice, oh my! Anyway, point made. I also have a man-crush on Johnny Depp. I think this version will be twisted, and I'm looking forward to that. If I want classic I'll stick to Gene Wilder's version.
Oh kay, I'm just stalling, attempting to play off the fact that today is MY ABSOLUTE LAST DAY AT WORK! I'm sitting here, thinking about the next few weeks, years, etc. But in no way am I working. Would you?
I'm kind of nervous. Ok, really nervous. I so want to be a civilian again; yet, I'm going to miss the security that being in the military brings. God! Why does everything have to be so damn difficult!? I'll be fine. I have to keep telling myself that. I'll be fine. If you're having trouble relating, think of the past four years of your life. What if everything you did was guarenteed for you? Then all of a sudden you're introduced to chance, and you're not sure how to handle it. The military molds you into what they want you to be, they make the outside world seem scary and unforgiving. It's hard for me to remember what it was like before I joined. Oh, how four years can change you.
