Part 6 gives us few more caps of Alec still stuck inside the car and then everyone gets free of the goo by daylight as Alec learns Gordie the junkyard owner wants to keep Gossamer as a pet.

I just thought it was weird how there was a Gordon (Gordy) on this episode of DA and then we get Gordon Walker (or Gordie to Dean) on SPN. It's so crazy how there are all these little connections between the two shows.

I always kind of thought that a lot of her apparent dislike of Alec was actually just their interaction style - because she would always come through when he needed he to, and vice versa...

Also, Love in Vein is one of my favourite episodes - what could be better that transgenic vampires?

True, but she always was making assumptions about what he would do and wouldn't give him a chance to prove her wrong. She's always assuming he's up to no good, even if he isn't.
