Video/Music: Perry Como's Olde English Christmas
My maternal grandfather had the ability to record audio off of the TV back in the 1970s & 80s. This was before VCRs, so it was the only way to save a televised music special. One of his recordings was of Perry Como's Olde English Christmas from 1977. I tried to find videos of the program online, but couldn't find any. It's even tough to get a DVD of this special, since most sites have been long sold out of it. Of course, this isn't the whole program, but it's what I've got. I had to break it up into 3 videos for YouTube. You'll hear songs by Perry along with 2 special guests: Petula Clark and Leo Sayer (performing his big hit "You Make Me Feel Like Dancing").
