Fade In, Fade Out: SPN's Beginnings & Endings - 7.13 The Slice Girls

I'll try to post these every Wed & Fri, but I make no guarantees. Sometimes there will be more than one cap for a beginning or ending of an episode. I'm also using my capper's discretion - meaning I'm choosing the most aesthetically pleasing image that we see first or last not always literally the first or last things we see. 7.12 Beginning: The episode begins with a man in his apartment who soon ends up with his hands & feet cut off.
The first time we see the boys is as they're driving at night on their way to the case in the teaser. Sam drives while Dean is napping.
7.12 Ending: By episode's end, Sam kills Emma and the boys find the Amazon hideout is empty. Driving at night again, the boys admit that they're each still messed up over Bobby's death.
