Fade In, Fade Out: SPN's Beginnings & Endings - 7.02 Hello, Cruel World

I'll try to post these every other week day (Mon-Wed-Fri), but I make no guarantees. Sometimes there will be more than one cap for a beginning or ending of an episode. I'm also using my capper's discretion - meaning I'm choosing the most aesthetically pleasing image that we see first or last not always literally the first or last things we see. I'll explain this as we go along.

7.02 Beginning: The episode begins right where the previous episode left off, with the Leviathans literally oozing out of Cas's vessel as Dean tries to reason with them.
7.02 Ending: By episode's end, Sheriff Mills is gotten safely out of the hospital, Bobby has encountered the Leviathans, as have the boys in Bobby's junkyard. Edgar knocks Sam out and breaks Dean's leg before Dean drops a car on him. But Edgar isn't dead...
