I ate at a Biggerson's!
It was back in August of 2010. It was the day after VanCon and I was location hunting with bardicvoice & sn_mistress. I believe we'd gotten a hint from Russ Hamilton that they'd filmed at a certain restaurant in Surrey. We'd been tracking some filming signs (which never did pan out that yr - le sigh) when we came across this restaurant.
We stopped and ate lunch there, but the interior didn't look familiar at all. Still, we thought the possibility was there. We'd check into it later.
And nearly 2 years later I make the connection! I was looking through my location caps and found this scene of Famine entering a Biggerson's restaurant with his entourage.
Somehow it looked familiar. Sure enough...found the receipt, looked it up on Google, and ta-da! Kalmar Restaurant in Surrey! They only used the exterior, the interior was done in the studio, but we had been there! *squee* Pretty cool!
