I'm not hugely familiar with Steve Dillon's work (seems like pretty average fare from a quick google search?) but it bothers you more than Liefeld's constant grimacing and squinty eyes and wasp-shaped women and senseless anatomy and muscles on muscles on muscles? I'm not really sure what to say to that.

That line may have been loosely inspired by vague memory of a comedy routine (pretty sure it was by Billy Connolly) about the problems some guys face with getting erections at completely inappropriate moments. Quotes included, "And it can't tell the difference between a woman... and a bus." ;)
I always think the costume of them are very...inconvenient and sometimes quite silly
And therefore suits Deadpool almost perfectly, no? =P
I love how your Nate continues to blow DP's mind and call his bluff and acting so innocent while planning everything in his head. I enjoyed this very much, thanks for writing it(I'm glad this bugged youXD) and I'm looking forward to the plot you planned:D
