Friday Five
1. Do you watch sports? If so, which ones?
Baseball, hockey, and football, mostly. Boxing, when I'm flipping through the channels and it's on and nothing else is.
2. What/who are your favorite sports teams and/or favorite athletes?
Anaheim Angels (baseball) - Scott Spiezio
Anaheim Mighty Ducks (hockey) - Stanislav Chistov
I sorta root for the Minnesota Vikings because that's where Chris Claiborne plays, and I went to high school with him.
3. Are there any sports you hate?
Hmm... Not real fond of auto racing, golf, or tennis. I can watch basketball, but my attention wanders when I do.
4. Have you ever been to a sports event?
A bunch of baseball games, a few football games (when the Rams were the LA Rams), 1 hockey game -- it was an exhibition game, 1 World Cup quarterfinals (I think) game.
5. Do/did you play any sports (in school or other)? How long did you play?
Just Phys Ed. At the first high school I went to (I switched mid-sophomore year), we didn't have co-ed PE, and the football coach was walking by one day and was most impressed with my quarterbacking abilities. He probably could have used me, considering we regularly lost by about six touchdowns.
