Tomorrow I have guests from work at home and I have decided to cook something which I found out is very shocking for Japanese people : Milchreis, a kind of sweet rice pudding. The idea of sweet rice does not compute with them people here. And I'll have to make a real good one from scratch. Does anybody have some failsafe recipes?
