Goodbye...
Hello friends,
I know I haven't posted in.. forever. Life has been busy. Month before graduation I met a wonderful guy, Rob, whom I've been dating since then. I <3 him much. Then I graduated from college in mid-May, got a job (in my field! [Graphic Design]) before I graduated and have been working since then. It's at a company that, get this, sells like, every craft/sewing/art product you could want. It's so fun working there, except for the fact that they always bring in food, I'm so fat. ::Sigh::
But, The reason why I write this post tonight is that, tonight was the last time I will see my two best best friends for a long time. Amy and Megan are headed to Japan for a year minimum.. Teaching English. I don't think it's fully hit me yet, as they aren't actually out of the country yet. I will miss them DEARLY. But I'm not angry that they are both going, I wish them the best and all the awesomeness in the world, and this is a great opportunity for the both of them. It's just hard, saying 'Goodbye' to two people whom you've seen all the time, or talked with all the time since the 6th or 8th grade. Probably the two people who know me the best, understand me- and despite that, still love me, outside of my family. They are my Nee-sans. Imouto will hold down the fort until you return from your grand adventures.
So, Here's to you- While we may be parted physically, You will always be close. Near and dear in my heart.
