Fall: Day 13
Random Fact 6: 850 peanuts are needed to make an 18 oz. jar of peanut butter!

(14/365)

So, because I'm a broke student, I couldn't pay for all the classes I wanted when payment time came around. So I went from my 14 credit schedule down to my current 6 credit schedule. Well. I just got my scholarship from high school renewed and I have to have 12 credits to keep it. And Drop/Add Weeks are over. WTH, world? Do you just hate me or something? >:(
So now I have to go talk to the Japanese instructor and beg him/her to let me register for the class even though I've missed 4 sessions. Otherwise I'm screwed big time.

In other news. I'm pretty proud of myself. Today was our second class of Art History, so we got our syllabus (syllabi?), took some vocab, in-class notes on the chapter we read, and then watched the first episode of "How Art Made The World." That series is kick-ass. I love it already. It's looking like one of those documentaries I have to ask my parents to get me. I need some more to add to my documentaries collection. Here's what I've got so far (b/c I'm a dork): The Blue Planet, Walking with Prehistoric Animals/Beasts, and Dragons: A Fantasy Made Real. Although I still need Planet Earth. Hmm...definite Christmas presents to ask for. :D

Well, that's about it for now. :) I do have some recomendations for you guys though. Two shows:
Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles: Very nice series. Gives us an idea of what might have happened between the second and third movies. It's on it's 2nd season now, but the first is still up on the Fox video section. :)
True Blood: A take on the Southern Vampire Mysteries by the director of "Six Feet Under." The book series is awesome as hell and the show looks like it's gonna be too. It's first episode just aired this weekend. I like how they don't have any "well known" actors in this (as far as the States go) besides Anna Paquin ('Rogue' in the X-Men movie-verse). And they detail they've put! Perfecto! One warning though: it's an HBO series, so there is that dose of graphic sex in it. (>_<)

And another yay! I'm getting Brisngr signed on the 24th! That'll make all of my Inheritance Cycle books signed now! :D I'm going with my friend Scott (who's also a fan) so we can chill out together at the store/high school/wherever they're putting us. I just hope they've got slots left because I've only just got paid.
((bites nails))

Wish me luck everyone! On the book AND the class/scholarship situation! (>_<;)
