[7.04A] Wake up disgustingly early with dead batteries.
Finally get some new one's in the car.

Didn't finish all of the last touches with the team poster so I finished it outside the pool deck.
Can you figure out and name all the references I used? ;D
This home meet's theme was "Crazy Hats," so everyone had one on for the most part. M is wearing my Hello Kitty Kitty-Hat!
Sadly our coach wouldn't wear the birthday hat (it was the day before), so our Team Rep wore it instead. :)
I also give you an example of our parents' cheer enthusiasm! XD
As with all swim meets, people swim. However, when it's not you or, say, your sister swimming, you tend to get bored.
Then you snack on all the food the parents bring. :)
Oh look! The mayor came! That's right coach, be nice to the guy who pays for us. :D
I get bored and take random shots and a time check! Used my mom's phone, so you get a little peek at some of my artwork. :)
My feet disturb me a little. Hmm....
Mom noticed my boredom and demanded I take funny pictures of her. Which, of course, I did. :D
Then, b/c we won the meet, it's obligation to push the coaches in the pool. Since one's pregnant, I got to take her place.
It was fun. :)
home
We get home and I hop in the shower so I can take a nap. I return my sister's headphones to her first.
Checked out my internet stuff for a while. The time check is from a few minutes after I started.
The time I decide I'm too tired to function, me almost asleep before I can set my alarm, the time I set my alarm for, and then the time I actually wake up.
Stupid clock...
I get up to find my sister's friend here. They're playing Quake 2 b/c I've started sucking at since I left for school. Six months w/o will do that to you.
I piece together my first ADIML for posting. (This was sadly before Safari got RTE and my Firefox was spazzing.)
Then I get told that our cousin and his girlfriend are coming over for a little while.
I'm more excited for the fireworks tonight, but I decided to be a sweet daughter and sweep down the hallway.
I change for the night's festivities. Today is my city's founding birthday, so there's a festival down at the Potomac with fireworks at the end. :D

It's so much fun to forget names, isn't it? (>_<)
I head in the kitchen to find this. It's spaghetti pasta. WTH? Why are we making dinner? I'm told to watch it.
I'm hoping at this point that we're still going down to the river. It's getting kinda late.
I found my phone so I do a Facebook and Twitter update with it. I'm really getting anxious to leave by now.
So I make myself some comfort milk of joy. :D Gotta love Hershey's.
Pasta's done and I'm told that we are NOT going to see the fireworks.
Considering we didn't go to the Mall to see the fireworks on Independence Day, I'm very upset that my fireworks quota is not met this year at ALL.
I head back to my room to chat online and such. I'm not a happy camper by this point. At least dinner was good and I had some decent entertainment.
By 10:13[P] we can hear the fireworks going off. I sit outside and listen for a while before giving up and going back to reading fanfics and chatting.
I come to the conclusion that I'm a dork w/no life, so I read fanfics until 5:20[A].
I guess a couple hours of sleep won't kill me.
