seeking a friend for the end of the world
Recently I decided to watch "Seeking A Friend for the End of the World." The ending was really poignant. Actually, the whole movie was. It got me thinking about our priorities - life is too short, even without a meteor headed straight for Earth, to waste on grudges and regrets.
Watching this movie also got me seriously thinking - if the world really was going to end in a week, how would you spend your last days?
It's pretty cliche, but I'd spend my time with my family. Home is definitely the first place that comes to mind when this thought pops into my head. More than not wanting to die alone, I don't want to die without seeing my parents' faces and really reassuring them that the life they worked so hard to give me was really a happy one. ^^
