Things that are similar..
I wanted to write about something I find interesting, but I'm just a little bad at wording things. In my spare time I watch a lot of movies, I'm really open to genres and languages so there's rarely something I'm against watching.
There's a lot of movies that you'll come across with the same theme, kind of like in music videos, television commercials and other things like that. It's almost like a horror movie involving a missed phone call is its own genre at times. It really comes down to the basics of story telling and how to catch your audience.
Recently I came across a short film that resembled a movie I watched a while ago; which brings me to my question. What's the differences between similar and a copy? Where would you draw the line?
