I was struggling so much with that prompt! Didn't want to just blow it off by making it a crossword puzzle word or something... then this occured to me. And, yes. I could easily see this being a secret fear of his. He's even said as much. Sad that such a sweet man has to carry that burden.

Fear of insanity

As you say, given Sean's background and his tendency to fret about things, I can believe this must cross his mind now and again. Good he has someone to talk about it with.

Well he sure does in MY universe anyway. Like you, I think this must cross his mind. He's as much as said so in many interviews and in his book. Must be a heavy burden. :(

Oh this really hurt my heart knowing that Sean is fearful of this! He shouldn't be...I've been insane since I've been born it seems. j/k

But seriously I hope that Sean doesn't let this fear weight him down in life and not to ponder on it too much. And I hope he has has quiet conversations with Lij - which I'm sure he has - and knows that ppl love him whether he is/becomes insane or not...he will always have family and friends there to surround him with love and support.
