I've been so discouraged lately about my weight loss. Since Oct 28th I have only lost 2.2 lbs. I'd lose, then gain.. then stay the same.. then lose .2, then gain 1.2. I've been exercising more regularly than ever before in my life 40 minutes a day on the treadmill usually.. so this slow progress has been VERY frustrating and upsetting to me.
Went to Weight Watchers on Saturday... even took my daily tracker with me to show the leader because I HAVE been eating right.. or at least mostly right..... and I WAS DOWN 2.2 LBS! That's as much as I've lost in the past two months! I was SO VERY happy! I'm not getting overconfident. I do hope I'm down again NEXT week. It's been awhile since I had a 1 - 2 lb loss two weeks in a row. But I'll just have to keep plugging away and see what happens.
