Yes, another icon tut. Maybe I should just make a tutorial community for all of my stuff and quit making a fool of myself with icons XD.

Completely translatable.
First~ you duplicate your base and set it to screen and leave it at 100 capacity.
After that duplicate the base again, desaturate (Crt+Shift+U) it, and set it to overlay and leave the capacity at 100.
Alrighty, after that you make a fill layer and fill it with #82234D. Set that to screen and leave it at 100 also.
This is how it should look so far (or something to the effect):
Make another fill layer and this time fill it with #1D1B4E and set it to exclusion at 100.
Get the same blue layer (#1D1B4E) and duplicate it, but change the setting to overlay and leave the opacity alone.
Duplicate the desaturated layer, bring it to the top, leave it at soft light but lower the opacity to 70%.
This is how it should look so far (or something to the effect):
Make another layer and fill it with pure white (#ffffff) and set it soft light. Depending on your picture you may need to lower it (I lowered my opacity to 70%.
Then I added a mask and viola~~~!
