Guess if I want to take the family to the ol' ballgame, it'll have to be in DC. After this season, Richmond won't have a team anymoreStuff like this makes me glad that I don't actually live in the city limits anymore. That sucks, man. Growing up in DC, I've been spoiled by numerous close, sub par pro teams, and it's one of the few things I enjoy doing with the boy. Then again, these days, I'm so broke I can't afford the tickets.

I'm sure we'll end up getting some crummy A or AA team. And they'll have some lame minor league nickname like the RiverDawgz or something similar.

It really does. Marshall's getting to the age where I can take him to a game and he can sit still for the majority of it. I was looking forward to that.

I'm definitely making a road trip to DC this season. The Nats are opening a new crib and they're going to be GOOD this year (but then again, everyone starts off thinking their team is going to be good)!
