That sucks, man. Growing up in DC, I've been spoiled by numerous close, sub par pro teams, and it's one of the few things I enjoy doing with the boy. Then again, these days, I'm so broke I can't afford the tickets.

I'm sure we'll end up getting some crummy A or AA team. And they'll have some lame minor league nickname like the RiverDawgz or something similar.

It really does. Marshall's getting to the age where I can take him to a game and he can sit still for the majority of it. I was looking forward to that.

I'm definitely making a road trip to DC this season. The Nats are opening a new crib and they're going to be GOOD this year (but then again, everyone starts off thinking their team is going to be good)!
