Did a consultation at California Raffles Place today, which is rather timely due to CNY binging and the fact that Dad's condition is more stabilised and it is time for me to concentrate on other matters.
Cardio and muscular endurance was above average. Some muscle groups need to be balanced out...
Important things for me to note are:
Overall Weight: 67.3kg
Muscle Mass: 50.0kg
Body Fat Mass: 13.8kg
Bodyfat Percentage: 20.5%
As expected, bodyfat percentage needs to be brought down, preferably to between 10 to 15%. Again, am not too worried about the overall weight, will focus more on bodyfat percentage.
Will fine tune my fitness routine, more floor work and less cardio classes (perhaps just 1 step and 1 spinning class a week, though I am ok with muscular endurance classes like BodyPump, which I have not done in months) so that I can monitor the intensity.
Will attempt to do a reevaluation about 3 months from now
