Pie
Apple pie - it went over quite well at the Mother's Day pie and ice cream celebration, even though the apples weren't as juicy as I thought they ought to be. Nathan helped me with the apple preparation. Thanks Mom for having a fabulous recipe!
Now back to getting ready for Boston... still have to finish the laundry, clean the apartment, get a haircut, pack, and go to the library, among other things... if you're lucky I might actually get a haircut instead of just putting it on my list, and if you're even luckier I'll take a picture of it.
