I just visited a friend of mine in the hospital!
He was placed in the SICU (Surgical Intensive Care Unit).I entered the room with the fear that I would see blood everywhere. But more than blood i happened to see a complete different person. I had to check with the nurse if that was my friend Kranthi who lay on the bed. I took each step slowly & carefully towards him, simultaneously thoughts, rather prayers ran through my head "Please let him be alright!"
I went close to him saw His face, it was completely bulged up & there were some stiches here & there. I could not bear to see him like that. My pal, my buddy lay soo helpless on the bed. I gently called out "Kranthi".He opened his Right eye with great difficulty. He raised his right hand to shake hands with me, I was almost in tears, I controlled them because I didnt want him to feel he was the victim to a horrid accident. I joked about & wanted him to laugh. Forget laugh he could not even move a muscle around his mouth cause thats where he was operated. His fore teeth & his lower jaw was one of the major injury, the other was around his right eye where he fractured a little minute bone. He just communicated with me by actions. I left the place promising him a better good lookin nurse that he could ogle at.
Outside the ICU I met his parents. His dad was really strong, but his mom was weak, looked as if she was crying the whole day. I asked her to pray & thank god for he is still there with us, thats the only hope one could give at this point of time.
Well after the Hospital I went to another friends place to take the plans of Apollo hospital, it was there that I actually got the whole picture of the accident. My pal(Kranthi) was on his bike riding at a speed of 60-70 Kmph over the fly over at Tarnaka, when one dumbass #$#@%$#^$%@#%$#%$#^%@$%@$ was takin a U turn in between the flyover. My pal stopped his vehicle immediately, but at the speed he was travelling he flew in the air & banged his chin on the @#$%$#^%#$% ass's head, thats how his lower jaw was screwd. Then he fell on the left side of his face. He did wear a helmet but it was those old ones where there isnt any protection for the chin. My friend is fine & wasnt all that serious, but it could have been a serious accident if he werent wearing the helmet. Moreover, the whole accident would have been avoided if tht fool wouldnt have broken the rules.
Millions of accidents happen everyday because of some fools, or technical failures in the vehicles, or U! Please do the necessary to avoid such Mishaps.
