Sunsets

We have such a lovely view of the sunsets here and I've been in the habit of snapping pictures of some of the more beautiful sights.  Tonight the sun went down with a bright pink/red streak that shot straight up above it.  It was so cool I had to get a shot of it.  The picture does NOT do it justice but this is kind of what it looked like for about 5 minutes or so:




You really couldn't see the yellow sun with the naked eye...it looked like a red column.  So cool.

My icon is another sunset pic I caught here one evening too! 
Pretty sunsets make me happy!
