She's a lot calmer and less zoomy today, probably because Louve and I are also more settled from the excitement of her arrival.
I was so touched when Louve told me she whined for my absence a couple of times while I was at work. And when I got home, the tail was a-wagging and the tongue was a-lapping! (Louve's words)
Right now she's sleeping peacefully in her favourite spot.......by my feet.
She is definitely smart enough already to tell us when she needs to go outside to potty. All the books say she's too young to be house trained, and we're still expecting the occasional accident, but she's very consistent with her behaviour and her desire to potty outside on the grass rather than in the house.
