PB Fudge

PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE

2 cups sugar
2/3 cup milk
2 tbsp butter
2tbsp white karo syrup
1/8 tbsp salt
1/4 cup peanut butter

Combine all ingredients except PB in saucepan
Bring to boil, stirring constantly until at 'soft ball' stage*
Stir in PB
Spread onto pan
Leave for 5-6 hrs to set

*a small amount added to a glass of cold water will make a soft ball
