BAKEWELL TART

225g puff pastry
110g ground almonds
110g caster sugar
50g butter
3 eggs
4 tbsp strawberry jam
1/4 tbsp almong essence

PRE-HEAT OVEN 200 CELCIUS

Roll out party on floury surace
Line a shallow dish
Mark rim with fork
Chill in fridge
Beat almonds with sugar, butter eggs and almond essence
Spread party with jam
Add filling
Bake for 30 mins and leave to set
