Job Interview
The last few days have been interesting ones. Last week I was having a browse through Seek and came upon an advertisement with a company I have respected for some time and the best part was I have all the relevant experience for the position. So I spent the weekend preparing my application and after giving the last proof read I submitted it yesterday during my lunch break. Just three and half hours later I received a phone call from them, the woman said my resume is impressive and couldn't see me fast enough and wanted to know how much notice I would need to give. We have a meeting arranged for early wednesday morning before work and is coming to meet me in the city saying nothing is too much trouble for the right person. I was worried that there might be a high number of people in the running for this position and I might not be contacted for an interview boy was I wrong. Now i just have to make it through the interview tomorrow morning and hopefully by the end of the week I will have a shiny new job. To put this in perspective I have said on numerous occasions that I would love to work with this company and landing this job is a big step closer to my dream job. Needless to say I'm so excited I'm still having trouble sitting still :-)
