Division bonding events

Anybody can share or suggest what are the typical division bonding activities which your company carries out to promote team work or basically for everybody to have fun but yet foster a team spirit. I just need some ideas here. Thanks!

Typical lor, those outward bound schools. They have different lengths of courses to cater to your needs, ranging from a one day thingie to one week.

Play games and obstacle courses. Been one to Sentosa and the other Pulau Ubin.

Hmm, but I got like 120-140 people depending on how many quit/join, and the aunties sure won't go OBS wor... I even suggested Paintball. Bleh, I hate this arrow...

We had a trip to Phuket, then Maldives, then Bintan, then Bali, then Osaka, then Beijing...
half of them were boring though

I don't think my department has that huge a budget, unless the DnD is a company thing instead of a division thing, then can siphon the money off. LOL! :P

Should just organise a trip to Taipei lah. Worse come to worse do Bangkok.
