Doctor Who - End of Time parts 1 and 2
I am just so SAD right now. I loved David Tennant as the Doctor SO much. I will give new guy the benefit of the doubt, but I am just SAD. I will miss him.
I liked the second part way better than the first, and Timothy Dalton was pretty crazy. Also, I loved the Master at the end.
I loved the Doctor's reward to himself - he saved Luke, Martha (who OMG married Mickey! What happened to Tom???) Set Jack up with Ensign Frame! LOVED THAT, and gave Donna a lotto ticket bought with her dad's money (nice touch). I also enjoyed the bit with Rose and Jackie - that was nice to see.
I think, I cannot love it as much as I should because I am still so unbelievably sad about Donna. I liked Rose. I loved Martha. Donna, Donna was the BEST, and I just . . . I want her to remember her adventures and the Doctor and everything. I know she got her happy ending with the husband and Wilf and mom and the lotto ticket, but she was AMAZING and she did so many amazing things, and I just. Yes, still sad.
I'll probably have more thoughts later, but for now, there were good parts, and there were annoying parts, but I look forward to the next doctor and the new adventures. I hope they get back to the fun. I miss the fun.
