Apparently, I'm not always getting e-mail notifications about replies and comments. So if I don't get back to you on something, I am extremely sorry.

So, Jennifer Garner, Amber Tamblyn, Bonnie Hunt, and Alicia Silverstone are up for Golden Globes? As is William H. Macy? Good for them. Of course, there are plenty of deserving actors and shows that didn't get nominated, as is always the case, but I don't feel like going into that right now.

Instead, on to The O.C. =) I liked last night's episode, but it wasn't my favorite. I don't think it was as good as the last couple have been.

I wish Seth had had a bigger part. He's the funniest person on the show, at least to me, but he didn't have as many classic Seth-isms last night.

My other problem with the episode? Two of my favorite parts -- Ryan's reaction to Marissa's "I love you" (hilarious!) and the "double dare" exchange between Sandy and Kirsten -- were in the ads. Yes, I know I'm usually spoiled rotten, but there is a difference between reading detailed spoilers and actually seeing them onscreen. I guess the big problem was, the rest of the ep didn't live up to those scenes, at least for me.

However, Sandy and Kirsten (despite the somewhat icky swingers sitch) were adorable, as always. Kirsten's sister has potential -- meaning, I think they could get some really interesting storylines from her.

Also... did anyone else get even more slashy subtext than usual? Come on, Seth Cohen swears off girls... then gets locked in with Ryan... can they spend the New Year together? ;)

Hee! Slater just did the "Roger Rabbit" on Saved By The Bell. (Does anyone even know what step I'm talking about? I've also heard it called the "Bobby Brown". Ah, the 80's.)

Yeah, I'll shut up now.
