Good Morning Starshine

Oct 24, 2003 07:00

Today is caffeine morning for Takeitha. Let's see how many cans of soda she can drink before 7 am.

(Actually, it'll probably be just two, but I have the rest of the day to feed my addiction. I feel like Jessie Spano. ;))

LOL. I think that has to be one of the most easily-remembered episodes/scenes of Saved by the Bell.

I agree! I can't think of any that stand out more in my mind. :)

A couple others that I remember pretty well off the top of my head are Slater in a tutu at -- oh, I can't recall the name of that diner they always went to..., Zack and Kelly breaking up after she'd called him 'Jeff' during homecoming or prom, and Screech singing "Beautiful Dreamer" onstage with Tori Spelling's geeky character. *g*

Oh! I remember Slater in a tutu. *g* The Max? Isn't that the name of the diner? I hated Zach and Kelly breaking up -- but I did like the one where Kelly's dad lost his job and she couldn't afford a dress to whatever dance it was, so the two of them had their own little evening together outside of the school. :) I don't remember seeing Screech and Violet singing a duet, but I'm sure I would love it. It's rather sad how much Screech still cracks me up, even to this day. :)

I think you're right, yeah.

I don't remember seeing Screech and Violet singing a duet, but I'm sure I would love it.

She was supposed to sing a solo but got nervous, so he came onto the stage from the other side and started singing until she was comfortable enough to join in. I think they walked toward each other across the stage, too. It was very sweet. =) She sang much more endearingly on there than she did in Trick, although overall Trick is a really fun movie and her character is ultimately sympathetic. If you haven't seen that film, I recommend checking it out.
