(no subject)
So.
I just got back from a long boring week at Middleburg. Some interesting points to it though.
Monday - It rained all day so I made Cheesecakes and Meatloaf, then picked the cousins up from school and thenn played some major ping pong action.
Tuesday - I helped out at there schools library. Community Service. It was boring as hell. Shelfing books is not for meee. Then we went to the Tadpole Cafe. That was good considering out waiter was the hottest guy I have ever seen in my life. mmmm young (he looked about 18), tall, black hair, green eyes, just everything. I hate it when you have a really hott waiter and then you make a fool out of yourself orr say something gay. Thankfully I dont think I did. There was probably something though. Then after lunch we had to go pick up Oliver because he was sick. Then I went home and I saw Patrick! He is the irish man that lives in my uncles apartments at his house in Middleburg. We brought both of the stallions up and gave them bathes because Copper was going to Culpepper the next day and I just felt like taking Goldie out. They are the so sweet. They are the best well behaved stallions I have ever seen in my life. Goldie was imported in September 2004 and Copper was imported in February 2005 so its been about a year for Copper. So that was that and then we all went to the house for dinner.
Wednesday - Woke up early to go get Copper ready for the show because Beth Newman was running late and Patrick had to go to a meeting. He rolled so he got another bath. But a bath in Ireland is just hosing them off.. weird. So after that dumb ass David the landscaper of the house fired up the weed whacker and Copper deffinatly did not agree with that. So after that episode which about scared me half to death we walked back down and Beth called me again telling me that she was going to be another 15 minutes late. So I just sat there and chilled with Copper. Exciting. Then I didnt go to the show because I had to help my aunt plant. SUCKED. 58 planters. gay gay gay. Never again will I plant. Well that will last for a week, my mom always has plants. Thenn I went to go get the boys from school. Came back. and went to Nathaniels Lacrosse practice. most boring practice I have ever watched in my life. ugh.
Thursday - Woke up at the crack of dawn and went with Patrick to Swim Goldie. Goldie had an injury on the suspensory so he goes swimming 3 times a week to get fit fast. It really works too. Its amazing. Then we got home and took the truck out to get an inspectiong but no place was open of course. So then we got home gave Copper a "bath" and waited for Beth and then went to Culpepper. We got there around 1. Alot of hurry up and wait. We had to wait 4 and half hours before Beth could get on. So Copper sat in the trailer and we all slept. It was great then Alexa Loh horses began to bang. The Bitch of all Bitches. bahh. I could go on for hours about her. but Im not. So I went to watch my sister on sport which was okay. The horse is okay. Hes good for the first course then the second one hes horrible. I dont know what it is. She got an 8th on the first class and thats about it. Then Copper went into the level 3's and 4's. He was good but he had on rail in the first class and one in the 4's. He hasent been out and actually doing any of the jumping since September so he did pretty well and hes finally listening to Beth last year it would take him forever to concentrate on the jumps and if he would knock a rail it would take 4 or 5 jumps to get him focused again. Now if he hits the rail he just goes on. and he also does throw his head like he did last year. Over all we had a good day and fun day. I tripped infront of everyone. embarassing. I think my ankle is sprined now but oh well. Its probably not but my ankle is just killing me. And I got a killer sunburn.
Friday - I couldnt go to Culpepper with Patick and Beth so I had to say my goodbyes to Copper Patrick and Beth... I was really sad for some reason. They're just really down to earth people and I love being around them. Im going to Upperville with them so I cant wait!! Im taking pictures for Patrick now so he can use then on the website and make flyers and brochures. So thats awesome. ( www.irishsporthorseimports.com ) << take a look. Its the website for Copper and Goldie since thats all they have right now. Its kind of empty because they just started it but more will come.
Special Friends and Grandparents day at the Boys school. Highland. It was good. Then we went to the Tadpole Cafe and we had that hott waiter again. mmmmm. So anyways then I went to Culpepper and watched some people. I miss Kristen :( I was running down right as she was walking out of the ring. it sucked. But s
he did well and Elvis was loving on me. Man hes a doll. Then I watched Kristen do the pony medals which were okay but could be better. It was the first time she had jumped 3ft at a show or in a course. and she did 2'9 too for the first time.
Saturday - TODAY!! yeah not too exciting. Wont be able to make it to Culpepper but Im going to go and bathe Miss. Annebelle for the show on Sunday at Hazelwild and then chill at the barn for a little while and then come home and sleep.
