my dog took himself for a walk today.
i negotiated with the dog catcher to let him out of his truck, and promised to get him licensed with the city. the thing that irritates me is that this dog is lisenced with the humane society, has a registered microchip, and has up to date shots and has no balls. in short, he's not a threat to society and this would lend to notion that this dog is thoroughly identifiable wherever he goes, so why should i pay a city i'm leaving in four months so they can have yet another way to identify him.
