Placebo - SF again

Placebo was kick ass last night. I was much closer this time, which the camera was happy about (but fillmore peeps not). Was about 3 rows back, so real close to Stef without seeing his nosehairs. lol The audience wasn't very active, I was expecting a bit more jamming, but the floor barely wobbled. One dude tried to mosh but he got stopped fast. Anywho opening act was a much improvement from the Warfield show. Evaline played a short set and were fairly entertaining. The lead singer was spazzing around like a mad man, jumping on the piano several times. Placebo played the usual set + Blind and space monkey! Brian didn't say much and wandered off stage between songs. The Sac date was cancelled so looks like he was fighting that brochitis. He did really well considering, I'd be in bed for a week. Being so close I couldn't really hear what the boys were saying. A one point Stef said something that sounded like I want to fuck you. I think I may just have a dirty mind. LOL He was looking/pointing to somebody behind me a ways back so maybe not.
