That's all I had time for today. I'm feeling like I'm back to square one with squats now that I've broken free from the Smith machine.
ETA: approx 12:00am
Ended the night with about half an hour of yoga/abs work. I'm getting a lot out of the yoga I've been doing. It's done wonders for my flexibility already, and my muscles are loosened up and more comfortable throughout the day at work. It's been a great addition.
