Miss Me?
Tis been awhile, hasn't it? But I'm here now so it doesn't matter. Spring break was much, much too short. We visited my grandparents; we painted my room; my other grandparents came and visited us. That pretty well sums it up.
So now we've been back in school for three days, and I bitterly miss my late morning rises, hours spent watching shows like Dawson's Creek and E.R., and afternoons lying in the grass painting my toenails green (it was not for St. Patrick's Day, I promise). Now instead I have to sit through hours of boring lessons that don't seem to be teaching me anything. It's nice to see my friends, but still, it's school and it's awful. Today wasn't too bad though. Hayley and I left the house extremely early and actually got to school about fifteen minutes before the bell. Applaud my efforts!
We have a tennis match tomorrow which means NO HISTORY! Woohoo! Laura and I have been alternating playing 1 and 2 singles. Tomorrow I'm playing 1 so I'll probably get killed. Maybe not though. Perhaps my game will be on for the first time in weeks, and I can do the winning.
Everyone seems to be in a wonderful mood tonight. That's excellent! The atmosphere around here has been too depressing lately (not that I would know because I never get on). I can't elaborate any further because I have to go. Kisses to all who are upbeat! ~ME~
