and i don't care what anyone says, i think that there is an inherent appreciation for skynyrd, if for nothing else than their guitar parts. so there :p
i was also told this morning that i couldn't understand a lot of the beatles' songs because i'm a girl. some clarification on this point would be much appreciated... i think i have yet to hear a beatles song with double entendre, but i think if i heard one, i would definitely catch it. i mean, c'mon! how is this unique to being male? grrrr.
i have a newfound appreciation for songs i had forgotten: "can't you see" by marshall tucker band, "imaginary" by evanescence, "no easy way down" by norah jones, "end it on this" by no doubt, and a LOT of led zeppelin are all topping my playlist at the moment.
this week was CRAZY hectic. however, after about two hours of trying, i did conquer the beast that is accounting :p it's all good, though, because at this point it looks like my weeks'll be hectic with weekends free... even though i'll be gone most weekends... but i won't think about that.
