wow, getting through the end of the year is always something. my lack of motivation continues to impress me with each passing spring, lol.
i went to the ibus reception for accepted students and feel like an inferior creature - i only speak TWO languages, i haven't had any cool jobs, and i'm really not quite sure how i fit into a category with these people. at any rate, they seem nice...
not too much of interest besides that... dc looks like it should be AWESOME, though apparently i won't know where i'm working until august... though the brookings institution seems like it would be a phenomenol possibility. it blows my mind that that's even possible.
i am addicted to "i don't know what it is" by rufus wainright... a very cool song.
i guess this is enough of a subdued rant for now... just wanted to show that i'm still alive ;)
